Did you know that you have up to 1 hour before your guided tour (individual ticket) to reschedule your booking to another day? Go to your login space -> My Orders -> Reschedule. For any other request, please send an email to: association@lecyclop.com with your full name and phone number. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
The tickets can be reissued in "My Orders" on your account. Make sure to check your spam folder carefully (Sender's address: billetterie@taketick.fr). Depending on your email server’s settings, your tickets might have been delivered there.
If something unexpected comes up, you can exchange your ticket online for another time slot up to 1 hour before your visit (subject to availability). To do so, go to your customer account. You will have access to your tickets. By clicking on your tickets, you can change the day and time of your visit, subject to availability.
