GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TICKET SALES
The Association Le Cyclop thanks you for taking note of the terms and conditions outlined below before placing an order.
The online ticketing system is developed by Diptick.
All content on the online ticketing site is protected by copyright law. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, the use of the Site is only authorized for private purposes. Any other use may result in legal action by the competent authorities.
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply between:

The Buyer:
Any individual or legal entity aged at least 18 years, acting on their own behalf and having the legal capacity to contract (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and any person purchasing tickets for a service (guided tour, workshop, etc.) via the online ticketing system available at https://lecyclop.billetterie.museum.
The purchase of a ticket for a service implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The Seller reserves the right to modify or adapt these GTC at any time. In case of modification, the conditions applicable to a purchase are those in effect on the day of the order.
Tickets are offered subject to availability.
The Seller reserves the right to limit the maximum number of tickets available for purchase.
In case of cancellation by the Seller, a refund will be issued within one month, to the account used by the Buyer during the order.
A reservation fee of 1€ is applicable to each ticket (even for free tickets).
Full price: €12.00 (including VAT)

Reduced price: €8.00 (including VAT) – subject to proof for:

Large family card (applicable to one ticket)

Unemployed individuals
People with disabilities

Free entry: €0.00 (including VAT) – subject to proof for:
Culture card (applicable to one ticket)

Asylum seekers and refugees

The prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Additional booking fees may apply during the purchase of tickets depending on the service.
Some discounted rates are available under certain conditions. The Seller reserves the right to request valid proof from the current year during ticket checks. If no proof is presented, the visitor will have to pay the difference or the full price.
For safety reasons, access to The Cyclop is prohibited for children under 8 years of age, even if they are accompanied, carried in arms, or in a baby carrier.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
Tickets must be purchased exclusively in euros via the online ticketing system with a secure payment guaranteed by Lyra or directly on-site from the cashiers. It is not possible to make a purchase by phone.
For online ticket purchases, the Buyer must follow these steps:

Accept the GTC
Make payment online
The Buyer guarantees they have the necessary funds and authorizations to make the payment.
Once the order is confirmed and the payment is made, the Buyer will receive an email with a link to download the tickets. The Buyer must ensure they receive the tickets and verify the information before the event. The Seller will not be held responsible for non-receipt of the tickets if the provided email address is incorrect or if spam filters block the email.
If the payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled.
Tickets allow one-time access to the selected date and time. Access to the service is subject to verification of the ticket's validity.
Tickets must be presented in digital or printed form to the Ticketing staff in exchange for a ticket that will be validated at the beginning of the visit.
Visitors are advised to arrive a few minutes before the start of the visit to complete this exchange.
Any reproduction or transfer to a third party is prohibited.
The sale of tickets by the Seller is considered a sale of leisure services and, in accordance with Article L121-21-8-12° of the Consumer Code, does not grant the right to a cooling-off period.
Any order is final and binding. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the Seller.
Visitors arriving late for the reserved time will not be able to benefit from the purchased service and will not be refunded.
The Seller may, at any time, remove or modify the services offered in its brochures and on its website.
When, prior to the date of the service, the performance is rendered impossible due to an external event (force majeure, technical or health-related site closure, lack of staff or participants...), the Seller will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose an alternative order by email.
The Buyer may then:
Request a refund to the account used during the order,
Accept the modification proposed by the Seller.
The information collected during the purchase is used to manage the reservations and will be kept for a period of 3 years.
The Buyer may exercise their right to access, modify, or delete their data by contacting administration@lecyclop.com

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify the ticket(s) and purchase confirmation at the end of the order. The Buyer is solely responsible for the use of the ticket(s), whether by themselves or a third party.
In case of non-compliance with these GTC by the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to refuse access to the service.
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts may be contacted after exhausting all amicable remedies.
The Seller disclaims any responsibility for technical issues related to the ticketing website or external incidents disrupting the visit.
