5. TERMS OF PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

Tickets can only be purchased in euros via the online ticketing system, with secure payment guaranteed by Lyra, or directly on-site at the ticket desk. It is not possible to purchase tickets by phone.

To purchase tickets online, the Buyer must follow these steps:

1. Select tickets
2. Verify information
3. Accept Terms and Conditions
4. Pay online

The Buyer guarantees that they have the necessary funds and authorization to make the payment.

Once the order has been validated and the payment made, the Buyer will receive an email with a link allowing them to download their tickets. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have received the tickets and verify information (dates, times, etc.) before the event. The Seller cannot be held responsible if the Buyer does not receive the tickets because the email address provided at the time of purchase was incorrect or if spam filters block the delivery.

If payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled.

6. ACCESS AND USE OF TICKETS

Tickets allow access on the selected date and time only. Access to a service like a workshop or tour is subject to the validity of the ticket upon inspection.

Tickets must be presented in digital or printed format to the Ticket Office staff in exchange for a paper ticket, which is checked at the start of the visit.

Visitors are advised to arrive a few minutes before the start of their allocated timeslot to leave enough time for ticket inspection and exchange.

Any reproduction or transfer of a ticket to a third party is prohibited.

7. CANCELLATION, REFUND, & CHANGES

The sale of tickets by the Seller is considered a sale of a leisure or entertainment service, and in accordance with Article L 121-21-8-12° of the French Consumer Code, does not grant any right of withdrawal.

All orders are final and non-refundable. Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the Seller.

Visitors arriving late for their reserved timeslot will not be able to make use of the purchased service and are not entitled to a refund.

The Seller may, at any time, remove or modify the services advertised in its brochures, website, and online ticketing platform.

If, prior to the date of the service, the execution of said service is not possible due to an external event (force majeure, closure of the site for technical or health reasons, lack of staff or participants, etc.), the Seller will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative, by email or telephone.

Subsequently, the Buyer can decide to:

- either request a refund to the account used for the order,

- or accept the alternative (new date, time, etc.) offered by the Seller.

8. PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the processing of a sale is used by booking management and is retained for a period of three years.

9. DISPUTES & LIABILITY

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the ticket(s) and sale confirmation at the end of their order. The Buyer alone is responsible for the use of the purchased tickets, whether by themselves or by a third party.

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions by the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to refuse access to the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are regulated by French law. In the event of a dispute, the relevant courts may be seized after all possibilities for an amicable solution have been exhausted.

The Seller is not liable for any technical problems connected to the ticketing website or any external incidents that may disrupt the visit.
